Szociális munkás kollégánkat keressük Elsőként Lakhatást szemléletű programunkba, egy éves határozott idejű munkaszerződésre, mely közös akarat esetén határozatlan időre hosszabbítható. Szociális munkás végzettségű és civil szervezetnél tapasztalattal rendelkező pályázók előnyben. 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

• individual case management with clients participating in ULE’s housing programmes 
• close cooperation with the professional lead and fellow social workers, including participation in weekly team meetings 
• handling administrative and operational tasks related to case management and the apartments rented by clients 
• participating in the selection of future clients and the implementation of application processes

We are looking for you if you: 

• are committed to the organisation’s goals and values, and approach your work with both professional and human curiosity. Are dedicated to the Housing First approach and programmes supporting access to housing for people experiencing homelessness 
• are proactive, flexible, and work well as part of a team, while also being capable of working independently 
• are familiar with the Housing First approach and the concept of social rental agencies 
• hold a higher education degree related to the social sector

What we offer: 

• flexible working arrangements in a full-time (40 hours/week) position 
• gross monthly salary of HUF 630,000
